These terms apply to the use of this website and to all templates and services provided by Bid and Comply. By buying or downloading a template, you agree to them.
1. Licence to use templates
- When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive licence for the purchasing company to use, edit and adapt it for its own business, including in tender submissions to its own clients.
- You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or distribute the template, or any substantial part of it, as a template or in a template library.
- All copyright in the templates remains with Bid and Comply.
2. Payments
- Online payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your receipt. Bid and Comply does not see or store your card details.
- Company invoices are payable by bank transfer before the files are released.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
3. Guidance is not legal or professional advice
- Templates and guidance are provided to help you prepare your own documents. They are not legal, financial or certification advice.
- You are responsible for checking that your final documents meet the requirements of your tender, your client, the law and any standard you are certified to.
- We do not guarantee that any bid will be successful or that any audit will be passed.
4. Bid writing services
Bid writing work is carried out under a separate written quote and non-disclosure agreement. Those documents take priority over these terms for that work.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a template is limited to the price you paid for it.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
