Bid and Comply helps security, engineering, construction and oil and gas companies prepare compliant tender submissions and management system documents, faster.
The business is run by a bid manager with more than 15 years of international experience in tender management, proposal writing, business development and ISO management system implementation, across Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.

How our templates are made
- Every template is written new for Bid and Comply. None contains another organisation's confidential information.
- Content draws on the standards and frameworks clients ask for in tenders and audits:
- Management systems: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 37001 (anti-bribery).
- Engineering, construction and oil and gas: ISO 29001 (oil and gas quality), ISO 39001 (road traffic safety), and the welding, piping and inspection codes clients specify, such as ASME Section IX and ASME B31.3.
- Security services: ISO 18788 (security operations management), ANSI/ASIS PSC.1, and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights.
- ICoCA: preparation for membership and certification under the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers, including human rights, use of force, grievance and vetting requirements.
